The pinnacle of single-vineyard Bobal, FINCA ZEREZAL is Viña Memorias' tribute to terroir and craftsmanship.
Made from 100% Bobal with ungrafted vines over 100 years old in a 2.97-hectare single vineyard, rooted in calcareous-clay soil rich in lime, this wine is aged for 12 months in century old French oak barrels, which impart elegance without overshadowing the grape’s character. The selected harvest achieves optimal phenolic ripeness, resulting in a refined wine with impressive structure, balanced acidity, and finely integrated tannins. FINCA ZEREZAL stands as a flagship of finesse and a celebration of Bobal’s potential in its purest form.
